New Community Ambassador Volunteering Opportunity

Are you passionate about tackling homelessness? Would you like to help us raise awareness of homelessness and encourage others to do something about it?

We are looking to recruit OAH volunteer ‘community ambassadors’ to deliver talks at churches, schools and other community groups on our behalf. Community ambassadors give us the capacity we need to talk to more people about the issue of homelessness and increase support for our work.

We provide our community ambassadors with thorough training and resources to ensure that they feel equipped to represent us publicly.

We have an upcoming, two part public speaking training event to be held from 1pm-4pm on Wednesday 27th June and 1pm-4pm on Wednesday 11th July. The training is free to anyone interested in becoming a community ambassador.

Please email abbie.scott@oasisaquila.org for more information about being a community ambassador or to book a place on the training.
