Consider working for us? We are passionate about our staff and believe in caring for them in the same ways we care about our service users. We are a growing charity and don’t have the resource to provide fancy staff perks: however we are really good at the things money can’t buy. We believe staff are the foundation stone to the success so we do everything we can to make sure they feel valued, supported, engaged and developed. People who work for us have said they just can’t find what we offer from other employers. If you are looking for a role with real potential, the ability to build something yourself, in an organisation that genuinely cares about your health and welfare, then this is for you.
